On 21 April, at the plenary session of the NKR National Assembly, Prime Minister of the Republic of Nagorno Karabakh Arayik Haroutyunyan said that the families of the deceased servicemen, the residents of the settlements that suffered from the Azerbaijani fire and the volunteers who left for frontline during April’s four-day war will be provided with financial assistance.

STEPANAKERT, APRIL 21, ARTSAKHPRESS: The Prime Minister informed that in addition to one-off financial support by a number of benefactors, necessary studies are being done for state support also.
As Haroutyunyan noted, within the frameworks of the state support, social living conditions of the families of the deceased servicemen will be improved, in case of need they will be provided with flats, as well as the amount of child benefit will be increased.
“In addition, the salaries of the civil servants will be maintained, and negotiations are being conducted with private employers concerning the salaries of those who left for frontline. Some tax privileges are also envisaged,” the Prime Minister concluded.
