STEPANAKERT, SEPTEMBER 21, ARTSAKHPRESS: At the meeting they underlined the need to implement the agreements reached at the Vienna and St. Petersburg summits aimed at moving forward the peaceful process of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement.
Edward Nalbandian said it is already several months Azerbaijan refuses to implement the agreements reached at the summits thus preventing the creation of appropriate conditions for progress in the negotiation process.
