A deputy foreign minister of Armenia on Wednesday ruled out Turkey’s mediatory role in the Nagorno-Karabakh peace talks, dismissing recent allegations by a Turkish diplomat.

STEPANAKERT, NOVEMBER 30, ARTSAKHPRESS: “It has always been Azerbaijan’s dreamm which will never come true,″ Shavarsh Kocharyan told Tert.am.
Turkish Ambassador in Baku Alper Choshkun recently made repeated calls for his country's involvement in the peace process, citing his Turkey's close ties with Azerbaijan. “The Armenia-Turkey border will remain close as long as Nagorno-Karabakh is under ′occupation′,″ he said.
In earlier statements, the diplomat described the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict as a common ″Turkish-Azerbaijani concern."
