STEPANAKERT, DECEMBER 22, ARTSAKHPRESS: As “ Artsakhpress” reports, first of all, opinions of parliamentary fractions on main financial document of the country for the next year were heard then it was put to the vote.
NKR state budget 2017 was adopted- with a vote of 27 for and 3 against. The deputies of “Movement-88” and “Renaissance” factions vote against the draft.
Note, the volume of state budget of 2017 increased as compared to the budget of 2016. Instead of 88 billion 628 million drams, expenditure for 2017 will reach 94 billion 432 million drams.
