STEPANAKERT, DECEMBER 28, ARTSAKHPRESS: As "Artsakhpress" reports, NKR foreign minister Karen Mirzoyan said at a press conference today.

"There is no intention of surrendering territories, but we have a desire to develop more and our most important desire to have more powerful and strong country,” said Karen Mirzoyan.
