STEPANAKERT, FEBRUARY 21, ARTSAKHPRESS: At the press conference held on Feb.21, they noted that this time as international observers they visited the southern region of Artsakh and the main focus was on rural communities.
"No violations have been registered at Martuni and Martakert polling stations.The referendum was organized properly. The constitutional referendum was held at the high level, according to democratic values. Artsakh can serve as an example for countries of the South Caucasus," said Rodrigo Garcia Gomez.
