STEPANAKERT, MARCH 1, ARTSAKHPRESS: In an interview with “Artsakhpress”, Permanent Representative of Armenia to the Council of Europe and Ambassador Paruyr Hovhannisyan said, referring to the tense situation in the borderline.
"We issued a corresponding statement of the Council of Europe; we are conducting works for the international community to condemn Azerbaijan's actions. The international community has no doubt who violates the ceasefire, but it is difficult for countries carrying out mediatory mission to condemn one or the other side, "said Paruyr Hovhannisyan.
Referring to the meeting of Bako Sahakyan with Armenian foreign ministry's central apparatus and diplomatic corps, he said that it is important to get familiar with the situation on the spot, through real contacts.
"We always receive truthful information from Artsakh. In Strasbourg we have a representative from Artsakh. Each time during these meetings we learn something new,” he concluded.
