In this sense, I think steps towards the implementation of the agreement to increase the team's capacity of Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk are very important.In particular, we gave our consent to install investigative mechanisms on the frontline.
Moreover, by the installation of monitoring, recording devices, one can say that we have unilaterally created this mechanism, but Azerbaijan, unfortunately, has no progress in this direction ", said Levon Mnatsakanyan.
