By the end of the year the first families will return to Talish
STEPANAKERT, NOVEMBER 23, ARTSAKHPRESS:The houses will be resided by those families who will first express wish to return to Talish.
“Besides capital renovation works, buildings were annexed to some houses,” Minister of Urban Development, Karen Shahramanyan, said in an interview with Artsakhpress. He added that all the houses have bathrooms, kitchens, furnished bedrooms and living rooms.
As Mr. Shahramanyan informs in the next stage of construction works 10 houses will be built.
Besides houses, the reconstruction works of community centers are being carried out.
“By the end of the year we are planning to put the buildings of the community center and that of the ceremonial hall into operation,” Mr. Shahramanyan said. He added that by September 1 the school and kindergarten buildings will also be handed over. The buildings have all the amenities, including nighttime lighting and playgrounds.
Karen Shahramanyan stressed that all the public buildings being constructed have shelters so that the people living nearby can use them if needed.
“Hayastan” All-Armenian Fund also has its contribution to the reconstruction works being carried out in Talsih. The Fund has allocated about 900 million drams.
