In 2017 about 500,000 visits were registered in the Republic’s hospitals, as compared to 450,000 registered in 2016.
About 500,000 outpatient visits registered in Artsakh’s hospitals in 2017
STEPANAKERT, JANUARY 25, ARTSAKHPRESS:Karine Atayan, Artsakh Minister of Health said the adovementioned during her press conference held on Thursday. She informed that in 2017 19,882 citizens received hospital care, while in 2016 — 19,209.
The Minister stressed that in order to provide the patients with complete medical service 207,734 laboratory researches and 24,000 hard-hitting researches were conducted in 2017.
Health Minister said that, on the instructions of Artsakh President, in 2017 the prices for angiography interventions and researches have been reconsidered. Now a number of operations are performed at a considerably lower prices.
Overall, the state provided 177 308,0 thousand AMD for angiography in 2017.
Last year in the medical institutions of the republic 6078 operations were conducted, of which 4708 cases of inpatient treatment and 1370 outpatient.
