STEPANAKERT, SEPTEMBER 3, ARTSAKHPRESS: As ''Artsakhpress'' reports, Artsakh NA Speaker, Ashot Ghulyan, Minister of Education, Science and Sport of the Republic of Artsakh Narine Aghabalyan, Artsakh State University rector, Manush Minasyan and students placed flowers to the memorial of the Artsakh State University students who fell victim during the Artsakh Liberation War.
Artsakh State University rector Manush Minasyan welcoming and congratulating the attendees noted that it is a good tradition to conduct courage lessons in educational institutions dedicated to Artsakh Independence Day.
M. Minasyan urged the students to be knowledgeable, competitive and active in the field of education. Artsakh NA Speaker Ashot Ghulyan, conducted the lesson of courage for the students of Artsakh State University.
A. Ghulyan said that the Artsakh authorities pay attention to the activities and development of the university.
