STEPANAKERT, JULY 9, ARTSAKHPRESS: Hamlet Haroutunyan, "Artsakh" Compatriotic Union’s member, Deputy of the Republican Party of Armenia, born in Karabakh, informed Hraparak.am about the families’ wishes to move to Artsakh.

“Every day families living abroad arrive in Artsakh. Approximately more than 500 families have returned to the native land to spend summer holidays,” he said, adding that the initiation’s mission seems to become a reality as 12 families from Rusia and Ukraine  expressed a desire to settle in Artsakh.

"Artsakh" Compatriotic Union urged Armenians living abroad, especially those who were born in Artsakh, once a year to come to Artsakh and to live with compatriots and spend at least a week in the native land.

On June 20, about 200 families from Russia headed by the "Artsakh" Compatriotic Union’s President V. Grigoryan arrived in Artsakh to spend summer holidays.
