STEPANAKERT, DECEMBER 25, ARTSAKHPRESS: As the Prime Minister informed, the year was distinguished by recorded achievements in different fields of economy, natural demographic growth and GDP high indexes, as well as by providing the budget execution. PM Haroutyunyan informed the Kashen mining complex been already put into operation, and the mine will have its own factory in the near future. Much work, as a part of housing program in Artsakh, was done in 2015.
PM Haroutyunyan informed that the allocation of 3 million AMD assistance in the framework of the program on housing for young families residing in rural areas had been already kicked off.The implementation of the program will be continued in 2016.
Referring to the implementation of the budget planned projects for the coming year, PM Haroutyunyan noted that significant changes are planned to be done in a number of sectors.“In 2016 the housing program for families with 5 or more children will kick off. The government will compensate а tuition fee of officers’ children. New programs are planned to be implemented in health and agriculture sectors, as well as large investment projects in hydropower sector will be carried out," reported PM Haroutyunyan.
The Prime Minister also informed that the projects of providing the refugees’ families with houses will be studied in 2016.
