According to the Mayor of Berdzor City Arthur Sahakyan the initiative has not been ended and in 2014 the process of free housing privatization will be continuous. As ''Artsakhpress'' informs, 2013 in Berdzor is marked for carrying water supply network as well as for expanding the network of streets with night lighting. Referring to the city budget, A. Sahakyan said that in 2013 it was more than 74 million 847 thousand AMD, of which 68 million to 20 million AMD was received from the state budget as a grant, and the remaining part was own revenues.
