STEPANAKERT, MAY 5, ARTSAKHPRESS: In his speech, the Defense Army commander said after April 2016, significant equipment, engineering-defensive works have been carried out in the frontline, latest technologies have been installed, and assured that the Defense Army is capable of fulfilling any military task with an honor and ensure safety and peaceful existence of the people. He said the Azerbaijani attempts to solve the Artsakh issue by the use of force are doomed to failure.
