On November 11 there took place a conference dedicated to the conflict of the NKR with the representatives of a number of European universities and research centers, diplomats and experts and also with the representatives of conflicting parts in Saint Anthony college of Oxford university.
The parliamentary of Artsakh spoke about the recovery of the NKR in negotiation process
Stepanakert, November, 25 Artskhpress:The conference organized “The center of dialogue, analysis and research’’ and the center of Russia, Eurasia research with the following headline-“The influence of international and regional development on the regulation of Karabakh problem’’.
In the conference the vice president of permanent commission of foreign relations of the national assembly of the NKR Sergey Ghazaryan, who represented Republic of Artsakh, mentioned during the conversation with the reporter of “Artsakhpress”, that almost all speeches of the participants of the mentioned measure were directed to the peaceful regulation of Azerbaijan-Karabakh conflict, excluding any other version. Rapporteurs many times stressed, that without forming an atmosphere of mutual trust, it’s impossible to expect any progress in the process of negotiation.
In the speeches of the representatives of Armenian parties was mentioned about the recovery of the NKR as a full right party within the frameworks of the negotiations of Minsk group, about the refusal from the present destructive policy by Azerbaijan, and about the necessity of securing the demands according the agreements acquired in the past (especially the agreements of ceasefire and the strengthening of ceasefire regime).
Unfortunately, the provocation of Azerbaijan which followed this measure, connected to shooting at the helicopter which was realizing a training flight above the contact lines of Azerbaijan-Karabakh armed forces, showed once more that Azerbaijan will not refuse from exacerbating the situation. Serhey Ghazaryan mentioned that the experiments of Azerbaijan are devoid of any base. Especially coming back to the publication of “Two parties of the same medal” of Dennis Sammut, the parliamentary of Artsakh mentioned, that such experiments had been undertaken many times last years. “Such steps are unpromising and extremely destructive on the way of establishment of the process of dialogue between Azerbaijan and Karabakh. Some formulations in the publication distort the formulation of this measure and jeopardize helpful and constructive initiatives of numerous structures, which are directed to the solution of the conflict” – concluded Sergey Ghazaryan.
