Artsakh army’s current power is not comparable with that of 2016: Artsakh Defense Army Commander
STEPANAKERT, JANUARY 24, ARTSAKHPRESS:Artsakh Defense Army Commander, Levon Mnatsakanyan, said the abovementioned during a press conference held on Wednesday.
Speaking about the works carried out by the Artsakh Defense Army in 2017, Levon Mnatsakanyan said that measures were taken in the field of mobilization readiness.
“As a result of structural changes our opportunities have increased in all respects. Approaches have changed with reserves,’’ the Defense Minister said. He added that combat duty, security of people and creation of more favorable conditions for on-duty servicemen will continue to remain at spotlight.
The Minister also noted that all the engineering structures have been improved and new positions have been equipped. They have tried to improve road network as well, which is vital during military operations.
