Armenia and Karabakh participate in Moscow international tourism exhibition

With assistance by Armenia Development Fund (ADF), fourteen companies will represent the tourist attractions of Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh, and under one single stand, at the 23rd Moscow International Travel & Tourism Exhibition (MITT 2016), which is held from Wednesday to Saturday in the Russian capital city.

STEPANAKERT, MARCH 23, ARTSAKHPRESS: More that 1,800 companies from 192 countries are participating in this year’s event.

NEWS.am reports, referring to ADF news service that MITT is one of the world’s five largest tourism exhibitions.

As a result of MITT 2015 in the year past, fourteen travel agencies representing Armenia signed 43 contracts and catered to 23 additional tourist groups.

This exhibition is a good platform also for the private sector, in terms of establishing business contacts, signing new contracts, and promoting inbound tourism.
