HALO Trust: Shepherds discover “Smerch” fragments in NKR village

NKR Defense Army spokesman Senor Hasratyan said the fragments belong to the “Smerch” applied by Azerbaijan against the Nagorno Karabakh during the April four-day war.
The fragments once again prove that Azerbaijan fired “Smerch” multiple rocket launcher against the civilian people of the Nagorno Karabakh during the April war.
