STEPANAKERT, AUGUST 24, ARTSAKHPRESS: The Wafa Media Foundation published a statement addressed 'from the Islamic Republic of Spain to the Government of Spain', saying: "The war has not been fought and gone."
ISIS had claimed responsibility for the attacks in Barcelona and Cambrils last week which killed 15 and wounded more than 120.
