Dollar drops, euro goes up in Armenia

The American dollar’s (USD) exchange rate against the Armenian dram (AMD) comprised AMD 484.75/$1 in Armenia on Monday; this is down by AMD 0.50 from the previous business day in the country, informed the press service of the Central Bank of Armenia.

Dollar drops, euro goes up in Armenia

STEPANAKERT, DECEMBER 11, ARTSAKHPRESS:The exchange rate for one euro was AMD 571.76 (up by AMD 2.32), that of one British pound was AMD 648.06 (down by AMD 5.91), and the rate of one Russian ruble was AMD 8.19 (up by AMD 0.01) in the country.

In addition, one gram of silver, gold and platinum amounted to AMD 246.63, AMD 19,491.47 and AMD 13,901.88, respectively.

The NASDAQ OMX Armenia stock exchange, however, saw no USD trading on Monday.
