STEPANAKERT, MAY 31, ARTSAKHPRESS:As ArtsakhPress correspondent informs, Artsakh NA Speaker, Ashot Ghulyan, delivered an opening speech at the session. He congratulated those present on the occasion of the May holidays and informed that the Parliament continued to properly implement its functions. In particular, discussions on the 2017 state budget execution report were carried out during the NA standing committees. In this regard, the works are in the final stage. The Parliament will reflect on them during the plenary session to be held in June.

Next, Arsen Arstamyan suggested removing a number of matters suggested by the Artsakh Minister of Economics and Industrial Infrastructures, Levon Grigoryan, as well as those suggested by the Artsakh Minister of Education, Science and Sport, Narine Aghabalyan, from the agenda.

As a result of voting in the parliament, three of the matters have been removed from the agenda.

As a result of secret ballot the Parliament appointed Hrayr Abrahamyan as the Supreme Court Judge and Marat Avanesyan as the Appeal Court Judge.

At the end of the session Hayk Khanumyan, Alyosha Gabrielyan and Gagik Baghunts made announcements.
