STEPANAKERT, JULY 30, ARTSAKHPRESS: Head of the women’s council adjacent to the Artsakh Defense Army, Ramela Dadayan, told ArtsakhPress that the council came up with an idea to baptize soldiers who were not baptized.

“We presented our initiative to Artsakh MPs and different layers of society. As a result everyone encourages and is ready to support the implementation of the project. We started from Mataghis. Our work will be continuous,’’ Ramela Dadayan said, in particular.

“Thanks all those who participated in the organization of the event. Every time we visit military units we see chapels. Soldiers built them to pray there,’’ Ramela Dadayan said.

Following the event soldiers laid flowers at the Stepanakert memorial complex.
