Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan’s spokesperson Davit Babayan wrote on his Facebook page that he is establishing a new political party in the country-– the Conservative Party of Artsakh, noting that the new party will run for parliament in Artsakh’s 2020 election.

STEPANAKERT,  FEBRUARY 26, ARTSAKHPRESS: “The domestic political life of our country has entered a new dynamic stage of development. Certainly, this all relates to each and every one of us. Every patriotic and conscious person should participate in the public-political life of our country, bringing their contribution to the development, strengthening and protection of our state. Having served in various governmental structures for more than two decades and serving in responsible positions and by actively being involved in the public-political and academic-educational life, I cannot remain indifferent to this all. After long deliberations, as well as after being encouraged by numerous friends and supporters, I have decided to create a new political party with them – the Conservative Party of Artsakh”, he said.

“The new party will run for parliament in Artsakh’s 2020 election.
