The Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan, has extended condolences to the families of those who were killed in the shooting that occurred in Utrecht, the Netherlands.

STEPANAKERT, MARCH 19, ARTSAKHPRESS: “I am shocked by the attack in Utrecht,” he wrote on Twitter. “Armenia stands by the side of the friendly Netherlands and its people. My thoughts and prayers are with the victims and their families.”
Gokmen Tanis, a 37-year-old Turkish man, on Monday opened fire on passengers in a streetcar in Utrecht, killing three people.
