Representatives from the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) delegation in Yerevan, the capital city of Armenia, have visited Azerbaijani citizen Elvin Ibragimov, who had illegally crossed the Armenia-Azerbaijan border.

STEPANAKERT, MARCH 21, ARTSAKHPRESS: Zara Amatuni, the communications officer of the ICRC Yerevan Office, told about the aforesaid to News.am.
“Armenian authorities have informed the ICRC about the fact of detention, whereupon a visit was made on March 18,” she said.
Amatuni added, however, that the remaining matters were within the framework of confidential discourse with relevant authorities.
The said Azerbaijani national was apprehended in the early morning hours on March 16, and while illegally crossing the border into Armenia.
