"Tashir” charitable foundation allocated $4,000 dollars to every fourth child born to 201 families in Artsakh

On 27 March a solemn event was held at the Stepanakert Culture and Youth Palace. During the event “Tashir” charitable foundation allocated $4,000 dollars to every fourth child born to 201 families in Artsakh throughout 2018.

STEPANAKERT,  MARCH 27, ARTSAKHPRESS: Artsakh Republic State Minister Grigory Martirosyan made an opening speech: “The initiative of the Tashir charitable foundation promotes the young families to have many children, which is the basis of solid statehood. Since 2016, 443 families have benefited from the program, "said G. Martirosyan.

The State Minister highlighted a number of projects being carried out by the foundation in the healthcare, road construction, housing, water supply, culture and in other fields.
“I express my gratitude to the responsibles of “Tashir” charitable foundation, in the person of Samvel Karapetyan, for implementing this important and vital project in Artsakh. I also express my gratitude to the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund   for implementing numerous charity programs for Artsakh's development. I am glad that we have foundations that carry out a patriotic mission, they support Artsakh both in difficult and peaceful times, "the State Minister underscored.
Executive Director of the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund Haykak Arshamyan, who was present at the event, noted he was proud of the fact that there are many large families in Artsakh.
"It is not so easy to raise 4 children in our conditions. I am confident that each of us with our cherished activities will be able to help and support each other to solve all the problems and raise healthy children for our homeland," said Arshamyan.
According to the representative of “Tashir” Charitable  Foundation Narek Karapetyan said that this project is the most important and long-awaited.
“Every time I come to Artsakh with joy,  I feel the breath of this land and get new emotions. And God willing, these little children will grow up peacefully and carelessly,” said Karapetyan.
Ara Grigoryan, a resident of Chartar, Martuni region, thanked the foundation and said that he will use the money for acquiring a house.
The event was accompanied by musical performances.
The event was attended by  Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan, the Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan  state officials, guests, members of large families.
