The adversary violated the ceasefire along the entire length of the Line of Contact between the Karabakh-Azerbaijani opposing forces around 220 times, on Monday and the early morning hours on Tuesday.

STEPANAKERT, JANUARY 20, ARTSAKHPRESS: During this time, more than 2,000 shots were fired in the direction of Armenian military positions, and by way of different-caliber rifle weaponry, the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Defense Army reported. But all these attempts were detected on time, and as a result, the Azerbaijani army units were driven back while suffering losses. But due to the ceasefire violation by the adversary, Armenian soldier Suren Pilosyan (born in 1995) sustained a fatal gunshot wound at the line of duty of the protection area of an NKR Defense Army unit stationed in a southerly direction. An investigation is underway to ascertain the details of this incident.
