STEPANAKERT, JANUARY 26, ARTSAKHPRESS: Today the Foreign Minister Karen Mirzoyan announced the aforesaid at a press conference, answering "Artsakhpress" question about what the situation was concerning Artsakh refugees and what measures are being taken in that regard.
Mirzoyan noted, that unlike Azerbaijan, which politicizes the issue of refugees in order to extort money from international financial organizations, the refugees in Artsakh are deprived of moral and material support of competent international organizations.
"Despite the limited conditions, Karabakh authorities do their best to assist the refugees," said FМ Mirzoyan, assuring that the Ministry will continue its efforts to focus the attention of the international community on Artsakh refugees issues.
