The 96th anniversary of renaming of the city Stepanakert will be celebrated on Sept. 28

STEPANAKERT, SEPTEMBER 24, ARTSAKHPRESS: Stepanakert's Deputy Mayor Armen Hakobyan told "Artsakhpress" that the events will start with the placement of flowers at the monument to Stepan Shahumyan .

Afterwards, an exhibition-sale will be held at Stepanakert's Central Park after Stepan Shahumyan. A number of cultural events will be organized. Armen Hakobyan noted that sporting events will be held in Stepanakert schools.

“We will also visit Stepanakert's Maternal and Child Health Center, as well as wedding ceremonies, to congratulate the newlyweds. The events will conclude with a festive concert in Stepanakert Culture and Youth Palace," added Hakobyan.

Artsakh Republic state officials and members of the delegation of the Republic of Armenia will attend the events.
