STEPANAKERT, FEBRUARY 13, ARTSAKHPRESS: A range of issues related to the state building process in Artsakh, domestic and foreign policy of our republic were discussed during the meeting. President Sahakyan highlighted the meetings with the Movement's veterans and the discussion of various questions, outlining that their viewpoints and suggestions were always interesting and useful, the Central Information Department of Artsakh’s President Office informed.
