STEPANAKERT, OCTOBER 17, ARTSAKHPRESS: Accordingly, these military targets are: The Azerbaijani air force airbase and helicopter squadron; the motorized rifle brigade; Internal Troops special brigade; MOD Combat Management Center; Armed Forces radio technical battalion; fuel-lubricant base of the MOD central subordination; and Ministry of Defense Industry machine-building plant, aviation repair plant, and artillery repair plant.
