800 people a year are receiving treatment at Stepanakert Rehabilitation Centre named after baroness Caroline Cox.
"Artsakhpress" had a talk with the director of The Lady Cox Rehabilitation Centre Vardan Tadevosyan. "The center's medical treatment is funded by the state. The center has psychologists, doctors, nurses, speech therapist, physiotherapist, occupational therapist who are engaged in rehabilitation of children and young people with disabilities. We can say that today we have no lack of specialists. We also have teacherS of music and applied arts. The building is equipped with a swimming pool, classrooms for painting and drawing, sewing, pottery, computer labs, equipped gym. The existing building does not quite fit us, we are waiting for a new one. This year sports for disabled will be systematized, as well as the work will be carried out aiming at improving their theoretical knowledge, improve practical skills'',- said the director of the Centre.
