STEPANAKERT, JULY 7, ARTSAKHPRESS: The concert took place on July 3. Famous musician-composer Andre Manukyan’s jazz band and duduk-player Levon Minasyan took part in the concert. During the opening speech member of the National Assembly of France Valerie Boyer criticized Turkey’s policy of negation as regards the issue of the Armenian Genocide. She mentioned that their municipality declared July 3 as Armenia’s Day.
