Davutoglu exit marks end to Armenia-Turkey ‘dialogue’

STEPANAKERT, MAY 6, ARTSAKHPRESS: “Those efforts to normalize the Armenia-Turkey relations no longer have value without Davutoglu,” as Tert.am reports, Andranik Ispiryan told reporters.

He described Davutoglu as a balanced politician and intellectual who represents the academic circles and whose diplomatic acumen hampered President Recep Tayyip Erdogan's political plans.

“Erdogan did not pardon Davutoglu, who was trying to be and feel a prime minister. He was appointed by Erdogan just in order to work as a prime minister,” he said, adding that the Turkish leader’s foreign policy errors negatively affect all the neighbors, including Armenia.
