You earned that right being beside native people in the hardest moments and devoting Yourself selflessly to the patriotic mission of realizing our national goals.
Occupying high and responsible positions both in Artsakh and the Republic of Armenia including the position of NKR first prime-minister and NKR National Assembly chairman You have contributed Your knowledge and experience of political and state figure to the formation and development of our newly-independent republic.
