STEPANAKERT, DECEMBER 7, ARTSAKHPRESS: And models of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were given extra cosy treatment when they were given a double-fronted woolly to share, Express.co.uk reports.

The world-famous museum in London has teamed up with Save the Children to help promote the charity's Christmas Jumper Day.

On Friday next week young and old alike will be encouraged to wear a festive top and donate money in aid of stricken children around the world.

The regal wax figures can be seen wearing the light-hearted knits throughout December with visitors encouraged to grab a selfie with the Royal likenesses.

The attraction will also give visitors the option of donating to Save the Children.

Charity spokeswoman Helena Wiltshire said: "With the trend for silly Christmas Jumpers showing no signs of slowing down, we're hoping more people than ever will don theirs and pay £2 to help raise money this Christmas Jumper Day.
