The Kremlin calls on the United States to consider the possible consequences of creating safe zones for Syrian refugees in order not to deteriorate the situation, Russian President’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov said, reports TASS.

STEPANAKERT, JANUARY 26, ARTSAKHPRESS: “It is important that this doesn’t worsen the situation with the refugees. All possible consequences should be considered”, Peskov saying as quoted by TASS.
He said the US partners didn’t consult with Russia before announcing this decision.
US President Donald Trump told ABC News on January 25 that he plans to create safe zones in Syria. “I will absolutely do safe zones in Syria”, Trump told ABC News.
Trump said Europe made a big mistake allowing millions of refugees to enter Germany and other European countries. “What is happening there is a disaster, and I don’t want the same to take place in the US”, he said.
