Two factors are of key importance in Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement – time and the moods of the conflicting sides, reports Press TV, Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesman Bahram Qassemi told the reporters, referring to the question of Russia’s active involvement in solving Karabakh issue.

STEPANAKERT, MAY 1, ARTSAKHPRESS: According to him such conflicts are not settled only based on one factor. “Many factors are important in conflict settlements. In the end they all must be put together so as to find a solution to the issue. Therefore, I think the opinion that the conflict can be settled by one person or one country is not right. The conflict settlement will be possible only by combining all the factors”, he said.
Bahram Qassemi stated that one of the main factors of Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement is the people, “The will of the people will be decisive in this conflict settlement”, he stated.
