STEPANAKERT, OCTOBER 17, ARTSAKHPRESS: In an interview with “Artsakhpress”, Karen Alaverdyan, the director of Rafo LLC, said that the first stage of the construction has already begun.

"The old school building is being demolished, then we will start building the bases. It is planned to build two four-story buildings with 32 apartments. A basement will be built. The new district will have a renovated and bright yard, a playground, a park, a green zone and a parking lot, "said K. Alaverdyan.

Mortgage loans will be granted for acquiring apartments.

It should be noted that the Red market is one of the largest and fastest developing communities in Artsakh. In recent years, a community center has been built and put into operation in the community with a cultural club.  A two-story school for children of the Red Market and neighbor Taghavard communities has been built. The problem of permanent drinking water been also solved.
