Stepanakert’s official response: Turkey’s involvement in the negotiation process is impossible and inadmissible

STEPANAKERT, NOVEMBER 30, ARTSAKHPRESS:In an interview with Artsakhpress Artsakh President’s spokeperson, David Babayan, said that we must acknowledge the permanent involvement of Turkey in the process of Karabakh-Azerbaijan conflict. “This involvement is negative and it’s evident to everybody. Turkey’s policy is obviously directed against Armenian statehood,” David Babayan said. He added that such meetings do not mean that Turkey will officially become one of the mediators in the conflict resolution process, and that this fact is impossible and inadmissible.

David Babayan noted that probably during such meetings the OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs make it comprehensible for Turkey not to pass the “red line”.
