Artsakh State Minister suggests Robert Nazaryan perform investigations in the spheres of communication and telecommunication in Artsakh
STEPANAKERT, MAY 18, ARTSAKHPRESS:As the Information and Public Relations Department of the Artsakh State Minister’s staff informs, the State Minister welcomed the participants of the session and congratulated them on the occasion of the 26th anniversary of Berdzor’s liberation.
Arayik Harutyunyan praised the joint work conducted during the previous years by the two committees. He highlighted that the results are best reflected in the indicators of Artsakh’s economic development. Taking into account the experience of existing work, the State Minister suggested the chairman of the committee coordinating Armenia’s public services, Robert Nazaryan, to conduct large-scale investigations in the Artsakh’s communication and telecommunication sphere with their Artsakh colleagues.
“Our compatriots regularly and often complain of problems in the telecommunication sphere. In particular, quality of services and the prices paid for them are the reasons for complaints. The authority has unwavering purpose to finally and thoroughly solve the problem. I also set a task to investigate the statements being made on this occasion by the leadership of the company, which is the operator of communication, and to give us the objective image of the current situation in order for us to make appropriate and correct decisions,’’ said Arayik Harutyunyan.
Robert Nazaryan thanked the Artsakh State Minister for his warm welcome and for praising their cooperation with Artsakh and said that they will accomplish the task responsibly.
“If necessary, we will send our specialists to Artsakh for a long period of time to conduct the investigation. Our task is to defend both the investor’s and the consumer’s interests and to balance them,’’ said Robert Nazaryan.
