"By organizing the 3rd International Youth Conference in Stepanakert, we want to scientifically analyze and present the problems of the Armenian statehood, the achievements and the scope of activities that will contribute to the preservation, development and strengthening of the Armenian statehood. The conference is also aimed at revealing the youth's scientific potential.

"During  thousand years of history, national liberation struggle has always accompanied the Armenian people. This conference gives the participants  an opportunity to scientifically analyze the events of that historical past. The aim of the struggle, which started centuries ago, was the re-establishment of the Armenian statehood which ended with the victory and the declaration of the two Armenian states. One of the most important challenges today is the preservation of statehood, which is now in the hands of our youth, " said Aghabalyan.
