On October 2, a requiem service was held in St. Jacob Church in Stepanakert, in memory of French-Armenian singer, composer, writer, actor, public figure Charles Aznavour.

STEPANAKERT, OCTOBER 2, ARTSAKHPRESS: Pastor of the St. Jacob Armenian Church of Stepanakert priest Minas Movsisyan offered the requiem service.
The ceremony was attended by Artsakh NA speaker Ashot Ghoulyan, Deputy Minister of Culture, Youth Affairs and Tourism Gayane Grigoryan, members of the Artsakh Writers' Union and Social Youth Organization, students, lecturers, schoolchildren and others.
After the service the participants visited the"Eternity" sculpture placed in the French park located in the Charles Aznavour cultural center of Stepanakert.
Afterwards, a candlelight vigil in memory of the Armenian National Hero was held.
