STEPANAKERT, OCTOBER 5, ARTSAKHPRESS: Welcoming the guest, the State Minister congratulated him on his appointment as the Executive Director of the Fund and expressed hope that the temporary difficulties related the reputation of the structure will be rapidly overcome. Grigory Martirosyan noted that in this matter Artsakh authorities and people are ready to support the foundation. Artsakh State Minister noted that the role of the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund in Artsakh is invaluable and is very important in solving the socio-economic problems of the republic.
Expressing gratitude for warm welcome and high support, Haykak Arshamyan, in his turn, noted that thanks to open and transparent work, the atmosphere of distrust towards the "Hayastan" All-Armenian Fund will soon disappear. He informed creation of production infrastructures is also being discussed in order to provide new jobs in Artsakh and increase productivity in the economy.
During the meeting the interlocutors also discussed other issues related to raising the effectiveness of current programs and deepening cooperation.
