At the initiative of the Department of Culture and Youth Affairs of the Hadrut regional administration, with the participation of 60 active young people a pilgrimage was organized to the sacred places at height of 3,5 km from the village of Mokhrenis.

STEPANAKERT, OCTOBER 29, ARTSAKHPRESS: Head of the culture and youth affairs department of the Hadrut’s regional administration’s staff, Yerazik Hayriyan informed about the aforesaid and noted that spiritual pastor of Hadrut church, priest Matthew Dravants and Gayane Budaghyan, Head of the Hadrut Regional Service of “State Service for the Protection of Historical Environment” also took part in the pilgrimage.
Yerazik Hayriyan noted that the participants cleaned the territory of the holy sites, got acquainted with the historical environment and lit candles.
“The organization of the pilgrimage was aimed at learning about history of our ancient sanctuaries,” he concluded.
