STEPANAKERT, OCTOBER 31, ARTSAKHPRESS: As ''Artsakhpress'' reports, Chair of the Supreme Judicial Council Gayane Grigoryan has proposed to the National Assembly the candidacy of R. Jhangiryan to the position of the judge of the Court of Appeal,detailing that on October 15 the Supreme Judicial Council discussed the candidacy of the First Instance Judge Rafael Jhangiryan based on Artsakh Judicial Code as well as the results of the secret voting.
