In June 2014 the defendants illegally crossed the border without documents. Actually, they crossed the border for specific purposes to collect information and perform videorecordings. Then, the prosecutor mentioned the facts enrolled in the trial, the evidence provided, videorecordings, the testimony of the parties.
The facts concerning the death of Shahoumyan region underage resident Smbat Tsakanyan show, that the crime was committed by one person, and that person was Dilham Askerov.

According to the prosecution side, Guliyev was one of three members of the band. He did not make video, but always acted with criminal group.
The Prosecutor's charge was to sentence Askerov to life imprisonment and Guliev to 22 years' prison term, according to relevant articles of Criminal Code.
