On April 10, residents of the Nor Maragha village of Martakert region paid tribute to the memory of the victims of the Maragha massacre committed by the Azerbaijani militants in 1992.

STEPANAKERT, APRIL 10, ARTSAKHPRESS: As "Artsakhpress" reports, deputy head of Martakert regional administration Nver Saiyan, head of staff Sasun Harutyunyan, Nor Maragha residents, Grigor Narekatsi and Artsakh State University student laid flowers at the memorial erected in memory of Maragha [massacre] innocent victims and missing persons.
Afterwards, they visited the Maragha school named after Vagif Hambardzumyan, where an event dedicated to the Maraga massacre was organized.
