STEPANAKERT, SEPTEMBER 2, ARTSAKHPRESS:Artsakh Republic President Arayik Harutyunyan, Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, the delegation led by chairman of the Republic of Armenia National Assembly Ararat Mirzoyan visited today the Brotherly Memorial Complex of Stepanakert and laid flowers at the graves of freedom fighters perished for the independence and freedom of Artsakh and on the memorial of Arthur Mkrtchyan, first chairman of the NKR Supreme Council.
